Saving TPH Direct Orders

How to save a TPH Direct Order.

  • You can save any TPH Direct order for a future repeat order.
  • On the final confirmation page of your TPH Direct order, click the "Save Order" button located at the top of the page. Doing this will save your order details as well as the file(s) you uploaded.
  • You will be presented with a Confirmation screen that your order was saved successfully.
  • Please note that your Order will only be saved for 90 days from the last Date it was ordered.

How to Retrieve and Reorder your Saved Order.

  • To locate your list of saved orders, either select the "Saved Orders" option from the TPH Direct menu, or select "Retrieve Order" from the main "Place Order" page. Both methods will take you to your list of saved orders. (see below.)
  • Find the saved order you wish to reorder and click on the Order ID number.
  • On the next page, you may change any of the order details, if necessary. When ready, click the "Place Order" button to complete the order. You will be presented with the same order confirmation screen as usual.
  • Note that since this was a saved order, no file uploading was required. Your files are already conveniently stored at TPH.
