TPH Direct has been tested and works well with Internet Explorer 8 and above, all latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. In addition, TPH Direct will work on the Blackberry Playbook tablet. Although file upload does not work, all other TPH Direct features will work on Apple iOS devices. A mobile site is available for smartphones and Apple devices, which you can use to access files from the cloud or TPH Direct Document Manager.
We do not recommend the use of outdated browsers like Internet Explorer 6. If you are using Internet Explorer 6, please contact your IT/Network Administrator, and ask them to upgrade your computer to Internet Explorer 8 or 9.
